1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Royal711 platform, including all services, games, promotions, and features available through our website and mobile application. These Terms should be read together with Royal711's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and Royal711.

Royal711 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Royal711 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the Royal711 platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.

• You are not on any gambling platform's self-exclusion list, nor are you subject to any court order prohibiting participation in betting activities.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at Royal711. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3Registration & Account Management

When registering a Royal711 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided during registration or at any point thereafter may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Royal711 account password and login details. Never share your password with anyone. Royal711 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Royal711 immediately via live chat or support email.
• Royal711 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals or changes to sensitive account information.
• Accounts with no activity — no logins or bets placed — for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactive account maintenance fee. A notice will be sent before any fee is charged.
• You may not transfer or sell your Royal711 account to any other party.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit limit at Royal711 is RM20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per request. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits may vary based on your VIP membership tier. Diamond members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits compared to standard members.

Royal711 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security and prevent money laundering. Funds in your Royal711 account belong solely to you and are not used for any purpose other than facilitating bets on the platform. Deposited funds may not be withdrawn before being used for any wager, subject to any applicable bonus conditions.

5Bonus, Promotions & VIP Rewards Terms

Royal711 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("rollover requirement") that will be clearly stated in each promotional offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus.

• Deposit bonuses whose rollover requirements are not met within the stipulated period will expire and be automatically deducted from the account.

The Royal711 VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP tier progression is calculated based on your cumulative wagering amount over a specified period. Weekly cashback, birthday gifts, a personal account manager, and other privileges are subject to the conditions set for each VIP tier. Royal711 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with 14 days' notice to affected members.

6Betting Rules & Platform Usage

All bets placed on the Royal711 platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in cases where Royal711 detects a clear technical error or proven fraud. Royal711 reserves the right to void bets or correct payout errors caused by system failures, data errors, or unforeseen external factors.

• Bets are only valid when there is sufficient account balance at the time the bet is placed. Bets that exceed your available balance will not be processed.
• Royal711 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any event, market, or member at our discretion.
• The use of bots, automated systems, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage on the Royal711 platform is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, odds errors, or system bugs for unfair gain will result in the cancellation of related winnings and possible account closure.
• Winnings resulting from clearly erroneous odds (obvious error odds) will not be paid out, and Royal711 reserves the right to void such bets.

For live casino games at Royal711, the dealer's decision is final. Any internet connection disruption on the member's end during an active game session is entirely the member's responsibility — Royal711 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's side.

7Responsible Gaming

Royal711 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that online entertainment should take place in a safe and controlled environment. The Royal711 platform provides several tools to help members better manage their betting activity:

• Personal Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within your account settings. These limits take effect immediately once set and can be lowered at any time, however increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period as an added security measure.

• Temporary Self-Exclusion: If you need a break, Royal711 offers temporary self-exclusion for 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or 6 months. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access the platform.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: For more serious needs, you may apply for a permanent self-exclusion, which cannot be reversed. Any eligible account balance will be returned to you.

8Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

Royal711 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of the betting system
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents to Royal711
• Use of unauthorised software or betting methods that violate the rules
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Royal711 support staff

If an account is closed due to proven fraud or abuse, Royal711 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any winnings. If the closure is not due to any fault of the member, any eligible account balance will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe via the registered payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the Royal711 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any account balance will be returned once all applicable rollover conditions have been met.

9Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Royal711 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or cyberattacks. While we make every effort to ensure 24/7 platform availability, we cannot guarantee absolute uptime.

• Royal711 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform.
• Royal711's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
• Royal711 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other financial obligations that may be imposed on members' winnings under local law.
• All game results are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be disputed on the grounds of fate, luck, or personal belief.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Royal711 platform shall first be addressed through Royal711's internal complaints mechanism before any legal action is taken.

10Terms Amendment & Communication

Royal711 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant amendments, Royal711 will notify members via in-platform notifications, registered email, or account interface notices within a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

All official communications from Royal711 to members will be sent via the email address registered to your account or through in-platform notifications. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you have provided to us is active and up to date. Royal711 is not liable if you fail to receive important communications due to outdated contact information.

Bahasa Melayu is the official language of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other translation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
